Nothing is deleted when Plus ends. Your games, playtime and achievements stay as they are, and syncing goes back to the free schedule. History older than the free plan shows is hidden, not removed, and comes back if you subscribe again. Physical copies over 50 and devices over one are set aside for 30 days so you can subscribe again or choose which to keep; after that, the copies set aside are deleted and the extra devices unpaired. Save backups over the free limit are never deleted on a schedule: they make way one at a time as new backups arrive. Cancelling keeps Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
