Before you ask

The questions worth answering up front.

What happens to my library if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted when Plus ends. Your games, playtime and achievements stay exactly as they are. Syncing goes back to the free schedule, GameDock stops making new changes on your PC, and history older than the free plan shows is hidden rather than removed, in exports too. Subscribe again and all of it comes back.

What about physical media, devices and save backups over the free limits?

Physical copies over fifty and devices over one are set aside for 30 days, so you can subscribe again or choose which to keep. After that, the copies set aside are deleted and the extra devices unpaired. Save backups are never deleted on a schedule: the extra versions simply make way, one at a time, as new backups arrive.

Why is anything paid at all?

Running a service like this has real ongoing costs. Most people will never need more than the free plan, so the features only some people want, like more frequent syncing, years of history and changes made to your PC, are part of Plus. Paying for those is what keeps the whole library free for everyone else.

Is there a free trial?

There is no need for one. The free plan has no time limit, so use GameDock for as long as you like and upgrade only if you find you want what Plus adds.

Do you sell my data?

No. Nothing about you is ever sold or shared: not your library, your playtime or what you spent, and nothing that could identify you. GameDock shows no advertising. What GameDock may share is anonymous statistics about players as a whole, like how many own a game, and only ever from groups of at least 50 accounts. You can opt out in Account › Privacy, and the privacy policy has the detail.

Who takes the payment, and can I cancel whenever I like?

GameDock Plus is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which works out any tax that applies where you are and shows it before you pay. Your card goes to Stripe and never reaches GameDock. Account › Plan & billing opens Stripe's billing page, where you can switch between monthly and yearly, change your card or cancel. Cancelling keeps Plus until the end of the period you have paid for, and there is no minimum term.

The free plan is the whole library. Start there.

Create your account, connect your stores, and upgrade later only if you find you want what Plus adds.
